Fully integrated online catalogue and template system

Home Group and Pollards (brandhub360) have been working in partnership for almost 2 years now. During that time, they have successfully set up an online catalogue and template system that fully integrates with our Oracle enterprise software. The catalogue allows colleagues to purchase branded items such as forms, leaflets and merchandise using a simple intuitive platform. The template system allows colleagues to create their own documents such as flyers, newsletters and banner stands using a suite of designs, which have constraints to ensure everything stays on brand. Colleagues can see the up front costs of what they are ordering too, with Pollards (brandhub360) ensuring that the prices of our collateral are fair and competitive.

We worked closely with Pollards during the setup process of the system and the IT support we received from the team was fantastic. One of the things I like about Pollards is the added value they provide during a project. If we ask for something and it's not possible, we always get a constructive response and alternate ideas as to how we can make things work. We've had successful outcomes time and time again from the excellent service they provide. They always adopt a right first time attitude which helps us to meet any project milestones and deadlines we impose. We continue to receive excellent IT support as the system evolves. At Home Group we like to try and push systems and what they can offer. Pollards certainly have the skills and knowledge to provide us with a platform that we constantly look to tweak and improve.

The result of working with brandhub360 is we now have a system in place with them that ensures brand consistency and improves efficiencies of the communications team and overall usage along the way. They use it daily to order items and create on brand collateral - and at the same time it means the comms team don't get inundated with requests to help order letterheads or create a business card.
