GDPR and Cyber Essentials
Our complete environment is assessed in accordance to IASME (Inc. GDPR) and Cyber Essentials. All systems comply with these accreditations and are maintained by our IT team on a daily basis. All server and storage locations reside on a 256-bit AES encrypted storage array. Data integrity is upheld with a checksum process to match data blocks as reads and writes happen and will automatically fix corrupt blocks. Penetration testing is reviewed annually and conducted by our own staff.
To comply with the Data Protection Act and GDPR all data is restricted to only members of staff that require access. All data should be uploaded through our data upload portal (data.pollardsprint.co.uk). All data uploaded through our portal is tracked, stored and removed in accordance with GDPR regulations and securely stored on our locally encrypted storage. Our data portal gathers all the required information to form our legal obligation as a data processor.
brandhub360 is rare in being a single source print and mailing company who are fully GDPR compliant as a data processor and have ICO registration. This uniquely makes is the most secure option for projects requiring data transfer. Once brandhub360 has securely captured information from a client, no data or hard copies needing to leave our premises until Royal Mail (Or Equivalent) collect and sign for the finished items.
